Acceleration of Rights and Payments upon Termination due to Change in Control. If Executive's employment is terminated during a Control Termination Period by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ without Cause or by the Executive for Good Reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the benefits described in this Section.
