Outplacement Assistance. 14.1 Following a termination of employment, other than for Cause, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the one-year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to $100,000. The provision of such outplacement services reimbursement shall be subject to the terms of Section 9(c).
Outplacement Assistance. Following a Qualifying Termination (as described in Section 4.2), the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the two (2) year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) and shall be completed by the end of the calendar year in which such two (2) year period expires.
Outplacement Assistance. Following a Qualifying Termination (as described in Section 3.2 herein), the Executive will be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all reasonable outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the two (2) year period after the Date of Separation from Service; provided, however, that reimbursements must be made by the end of the third year following the Date of Separation from Service and the total reimbursement for such outplacement services will be limited to an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the Executive’s Base Salary as of the Date of Separation from Service.
Outplacement Assistance. If the Company terminates Executive’s employment, the Company will provide Executive with outplacement services for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of termination to assist Executive in his search for new employment. Such outplacement services shall be consistent with those that the Company has provided to former employees. Provided, however, Executive will not be entitled to the outplacement benefits discussed in this Section 1.7(c) if Executive voluntarily resigns his employment or if the Company terminates his employment for Cause.
Outplacement Assistance. If desired by Employee, Company will pay up to five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for outplacement assistance selected by Company and approved by Employee.
Outplacement Assistance. Following a Qualifying Termination (as defined in Section 7.1 herein) the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the Executive's Base Salary as of the effective date of termination.
Outplacement Assistance. NewMil Bancorp shall pay to the Executive reasonable outplacement expenses in an amount up to $25,000, and NewMil Bancorp shall provide the Executive with the use of office space and reasonable office support facilities, including secretarial assistance, for a period of one year after termination.
Outplacement Assistance. The Company shall provide Executive with outplacement services, for a twelve (12) month period commencing on the Termination Date, or in the event of an Anticipatory Termination the date of the occurrence of the Change of Control, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $20,000. The Company shall establish reasonable procedures for the designation, review and approval of outplacement services, as well as for the payment or reimbursement of the charges for such services. All requests for payment or reimbursement of outplacement services must be submitted to the Company within eighteen (18) months following the Termination Date, or in the event of an Anticipatory Termination the date of the occurrence of the Change of Control, and, upon receipt and approval, will be paid or reimbursed by the Company within thirty (30) days thereafter, subject to Section 10 hereof.
Outplacement Assistance. Upon any termination of employment of the Employee other than for Cause within three years following a Change of Control, the Company shall provide to the Employee outplacement assistance by a reputable firm specializing in such services for the period beginning with the termination of employment and ending three years following the Change of Control.
Outplacement Assistance. Promptly after a request in writing from Executive following a termination of the Employment Period under Subsection 6(a)(v) or (vi), the Company shall retain a professional outplacement assistance service firm reasonably acceptable to Executive, at the Company's expense, to provide outplacement assistance to Executive during the Protected Period. Such services shall be appropriate to Executive's position with the Company. Executive shall not be entitled to such services, however, following a termination of the Employment Period under Subsection 6(a)(i), (ii), (iii) or (iv).
