Common use of Acceptable Investment Clause in Contracts

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, or Cooperative Unit, as applicable, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors using reasonable business judgment to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, or Cooperative Unit, as applicable, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors using reasonable business judgment to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;.

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property (or with respect to a Co-op Loan, the Mortgaged PropertyAssignment of Lease Agreement, the Co-op Unit or the Co-op Project), the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or and/or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to to: (i) cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, ; (ii) cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or ; or (iii) adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any --------------------- circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or and/or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to to: (i) cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, ; (ii) cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or ; or (iii) adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property (or with respect to a Co-op Loan, the Mortgaged PropertyAssignment of Lease Agreement, the Co-op Unit or the Co-op -30- Project), the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing standing, other than the non-prime nature thereof, that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors who invest in substantially similar Mortgage Loans to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property (or with respect to a Co-op Loan, the Mortgaged PropertyAssignment of Lease Agreement, the Co-op Unit or the Co-op Project), the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Company has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors who invest in substantially similar Mortgage Loans to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;
