Common use of Acceptable Investment Clause in Contracts

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, cause the Mortgage Loan to not be paid in full when due, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or (other than the Mortgagor's credit standing standing) that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors that regularly invest in subprime or high loan-to-value mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loans to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, investment or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;Loan to other similar institutional investors.

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit ’s credit-standing not reflected in the representations set forth herein, or in the documents delivered to the Custodian or in the Mortgage Loan File, that can could reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, investment or cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, delinquent or materially adversely affect the value or the marketability of the Mortgage Loan;.

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or (other than the Mortgagor's credit standing standing) that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors that regularly invest in mortgage loans of the same type as the Mortgage Loan to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, investment or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;Loan to other similar institutional investors.

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanNote, the Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably could be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;.

Acceptable Investment. The Mortgage Loan Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;.

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has Sellers have no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanLoan or the Underlying Asset, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor Obligor or the MortgagorObligor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or materially and adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;.

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor Mortgagor, the Mortgage File or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors who invest in mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loan to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The No Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;.

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor Mortgagor, the Mortgage File or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors that purchase non-conforming alternative A and subprime mortgage loans to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to be more likely to become delinquentdelinquent compared to similar mortgage loans, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage LoanLoan or Mortgaged Property;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loannote, the Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably could be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;Mortgage.

The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or (other than the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing standing) that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors that regularly invest in subprime or high loan-to-value mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loans to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, investment or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;Loan to other similar institutional investors.

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investmentinvestment to investors who invest in mortgage loans of the same type as the Mortgage Loan, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, cause the Mortgage Loan to not be paid in full when due, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The No Seller has no any knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be deemed an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Neither Seller has no any knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor Borrower or the Mortgagor's credit Borrower’s credit-standing not reflected in the representations set forth herein, or in the documents in the Mortgage Loan File, that can could reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Eligible Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, investment or cause the Eligible Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, delinquent or materially adversely affect the value or the marketability of the Eligible Mortgage Loan;.

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage Revolving Credit Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Revolving Credit Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Revolving Credit Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Revolving Credit Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or (other than the Mortgagor's credit standing standing) that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors that regularly invest in subprime or high loan-to-value mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loans to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, investment or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage LoanLoan to other similar institutional investors;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private private, institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor other than the Mortgagor’s credit standing or the Mortgagor's credit standing loan-to-value ratio that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investmentinvestment for subprime Mortgage Loans, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or --------------------- conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Purchased Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Purchased Mortgage Loan to become delinquentDelinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Purchase Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged PropertyProperty or Cooperative Unit, as applicable, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors using reasonable business judgment to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The No Seller has no any knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing (subject to the information set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule) that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, cause the Mortgage Loan to not be paid in full when due, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage Revolving Credit Loan, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Revolving Credit Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Revolving Credit Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Revolving Credit Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, or the Mortgagor or (other than the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing standing) that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors that regularly invest in subprime or high loan-to-value mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loans to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, investment or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;Loan to other similar institutional investors.

Acceptable Investment. Acceptable Investment. Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no actual knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage Loanmortgage, the Mortgaged Propertymortgaged property, the Mortgagor mortgagor or the Mortgagormortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage 43 Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Purchased Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Purchased Mortgage Loan to become delinquentDelinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Purchased Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or Mortgagor, other than the Mortgagor's credit standing standing, that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan or the related Servicing Rights as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;Loan or the related Servicing Rights.

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge is not aware of any circumstances or conditions with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor Mortgagor, the Credit File or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan, or cause the Mortgage Loans to prepay during any period materially faster or slower than the mortgage loans originated by the Seller generally;

Acceptable Investment. The No Seller has no any knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage Mortgage, the Mortgaged Property (or with respect to a Co-op Loan, the Mortgaged PropertyAssignment of Lease Agreement, the Co-op Unit or the Co-op Project), the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;

Acceptable Investment. The Seller has no knowledge of any circumstances or conditions condition with respect to the Mortgage LoanMortgage, the Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagor or the Mortgagor's ’s credit standing that can reasonably be expected to cause private institutional investors to regard the Mortgage Loan as to be an unacceptable investment, cause the Mortgage Loan to become delinquent, or materially and adversely affect the value or marketability of the Mortgage Loan;.
