Common use of Acceptable Use Policy Clause in Contracts

Acceptable Use Policy. All charter school employees and students are bound by all of the Sponsor’s computer policies and standards regarding data privacy and system security. The School shall not access any of the Sponsor’s student information unless and until the student enrolls in the School. Violation of this provision constitutes good cause for termination.
