Acceptance by Owner Trustee on Behalf of the Trust. The Owner Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, hereby acknowledges its acceptance of all right, title and interest in and to the Receivables in the Additional Accounts now existing and hereafter created, conveyed to the Trust pursuant to Section 3(a) hereof and declares that the Trust shall maintain such right, title and interest, upon the trust herein set forth, for the benefit of the Noteholders.
Acceptance by Owner Trustee on Behalf of the Trust. The Owner Trustee on behalf of the Trust hereby acknowledges its acceptance of all right, title and interest to the property, now existing and hereafter created, conveyed to the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Trust pursuant to Section 3 of this Assignment. The Trust further acknowledges that, prior to or simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Assignment, the Transferor delivered to the Owner Trustee the computer file, microfiche list or printed list described in Section 2 of this Assignment.
