Common use of Acceptance by the Trust Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by the Trust. The Trust hereby acknowledges that, prior to or simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Reassignment, the Seller delivered to the Trust and the Trustee the computer file or such microfiche or written list described in Section 2 of this Reassignment.

Acceptance by the Trust. The Trust hereby acknowledges its acceptance of all right, title and interest to the property, now existing and hereafter created, conveyed to the Trust pursuant to Section 3 of this Assignment. The Trust further acknowledges that, prior to or simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this ReassignmentAssignment, the Seller Transferor delivered to the Trust and the Owner Trustee the computer file file, microfiche list or such microfiche or written printed list described in Section 2 of this ReassignmentAssignment.
