Acceptance by the Trust. The Trust hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such assignment and assumption. The foregoing assignment and assumption does not constitute, and is not intended to result in the creation or an assumption by the Trust, the Owner Trustee, the Trustee, any Agent, any Noteholder or any Enhancement Provider of any obligation of the Servicer, DCS, the Seller, DaimlerChrysler, the Designated Affiliate or any other Person in connection with the Accounts, the Receivables or under any agreement or instrument relating thereto, including any obligation to any Dealers.
