Common use of Acceptance by the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Acceptance by the Trustee. The Trustee, upon the execution and delivery of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, acknowledges its acceptance of all right, title and interest in and to the Trust Property and declares that the Trustee holds and will hold such right, title and interest for the benefit of all then present and future Certificateholders, upon the trusts herein set forth. Subject to Section 7.14, the Trustee shall take all actions reasonably necessary to maintain the registration of all such Equipment Notes in the name of the Subordination Agent. By the acceptance of each Certificate issued to it under the Related Pass Through Trust Agreement and deemed issued under this Agreement, each holder of any such Certificate as grantor of the Trust thereby joins in the creation and declaration of the Trust.
