Common use of ACCEPTANCE FLIGHTS BY THE BUYER Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE FLIGHTS BY THE BUYER. During the Acceptance Test for each Helicopter or Option Helicopter the Buyer may perform free of charge acceptance flights, the combined time of which shall not exceed five flight hours per Helicopter or Option Helicopter. Acceptance flights will follow the procedures provided by the Seller and shall be carried out under the responsibility of a Seller’s pilot acting as pilot in command. Acceptance Test procedures shall be completed within a target of three (3) days from commencement per Helicopter, Option Helicopter or RFR Helicopter (the “Acceptance Period”).
