Acceptance of Agreement This Agreement shall not be considered accepted, approved or otherwise effective until the statutorily required approvals and certifications have been given.
Extension of Agreement Prior to the original expiration date of this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree to extend this Agreement to the February 15 extension date identified in Paragraph VIII(A). The Parties acknowledge that no further extensions of this Agreement are authorized.

Acceptance of Appointment; Standard of Performance Adviser accepts the appointment as discretionary portfolio manager and agrees to use its best professional judgment to make timely investment decisions for the Fund in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Notice of Agreement 1. The Institutions agree to provide a copy of this Agreement, with any amendments, to the Maryland Higher Education Commission. 2. The Institutions agree to provide copies of this Agreement to all relevant individuals and departments of the Institutions, including but not limited to students, academic department chairs participating in the transfer, offices of the president, registrar’s offices, and financial aid offices.
Continuance of Agreement This Agreement will continue in effect for a period of more than one year from the date of its effectiveness only so long as its continuance is specifically approved annually by a majority vote of both (a) the full Board of Trustees of the Fund and (b) those Trustees who are not interested persons of the Fund and who have no direct or indirect financial interest in the operation of the Plan or this Agreement (the "Independent Trustees"), cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on this Agreement.
Modification of Agreement This Agreement may be modified, amended, suspended or terminated, and any terms or conditions may be waived, but only by a written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
Submission of Agreement Submission of this Lease to Tenant for signature does not constitute a reservation of space or an option to acquire a right of entry. This Lease is not binding or effective until execution by and delivery to both Landlord and Tenant.
Expiration of Agreement Notwithstanding the expiration of this Agreement, any claim or grievance arising hereunder may be processed through the grievance procedure until resolution.
Performance of Agreement Purchaser shall have performed in all material respects all obligations and agreements and complied in all material respects with all covenants and conditions contained in this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it at or prior to the Closing Date.
