Common use of Acceptance of Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Aircraft. (a) The Manufacturer shall have delivered the Aircraft under the Purchase Agreement, the Aircraft shall have been unconditionally and irrevocably accepted by or on behalf of the purchaser or its assignee under the Purchase Agreement in Fly-Away-Factory Condition, and copies of the acceptance certificate evidencing such delivery and acceptance, shall have been furnished to the Lender.

Acceptance of Aircraft. (a) The Manufacturer shall have delivered the Aircraft under the Purchase Agreement, the Aircraft shall have been unconditionally Agreement and irrevocably accepted by or on behalf of the purchaser or its assignee under the Purchase Agreement shall have unconditionally and irrevocably accepted the Aircraft in Fly-Away-Factory Condition, and copies of the acceptance certificate evidencing such delivery and acceptance, shall have been furnished to the Lender.

(ai) The Manufacturer shall have received in full from the Borrower the balance of the Relevant Net Aircraft Cost not financed by the Lender and have delivered the such Aircraft under the Purchase Agreement, the such Aircraft shall have been unconditionally and irrevocably accepted by or on behalf of the purchaser or its assignee under the Purchase Agreement in Fly-Away-Factory Condition, and copies of the acceptance certificate evidencing such delivery and acceptance, shall have been furnished to the Lender.

(ai) The Airframe Manufacturer shall have delivered the Aircraft under the Purchase Agreement, the Aircraft shall have been unconditionally and irrevocably accepted by or on behalf of the purchaser or its assignee under the Purchase Agreement in Fly-Away-Factory Condition, and copies of the acceptance certificate evidencing such delivery and acceptance, shall have been furnished to the Lendereach Participant.
