Acceptance of Apartment. An Apartment Condition Form will be provided to you at the time that you move into the Apartment. Within 48 hours after you move-in, you are required to return the Apartment Condition Form and notify us in writing of any defects or damages in your Bedroom and in the Apartment; otherwise, your Bedroom, the Apartment, and the fixtures, appliances and furniture in your Bedroom and the Apartment will be considered to be in a clean, safe and good working condition and you will be responsible for defects or damages that may have occurred before you moved in. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ITEMS SPECIFIED IN YOUR WRITTEN NOTICE, YOU ACCEPT YOUR BEDROOM, THE APARTMENT, AND THE FIXTURES, APPLIANCES AND FURNITURE IN YOUR BEDROOM AND THE APARTMENT IN THEIR "AS-IS" CONDITION, WITH ANY FAULTS.
