Common use of Acceptance of Application Clause in Contracts

(a) SORACOM may request the Applicant to submit information necessary for SORACOM to determine whether the Applicant may have failed to make any payment that the Applicant is responsible to pay in relation to the SORACOM Dashboard and Data Visualization Service. In such case, the Applicant shall promptly submit such information in writing.
