Acceptance of Appointment and Other Matters Relating to Servicer. (a) The Servicer will service, manage, administer and make collections on the Receivables, all in accordance with its servicing procedures for servicing dealer floorplan receivables comparable to the Receivables that the Servicer services for its own account or others and in accordance with the Floorplan Financing Guidelines. The Servicer has full power and authority, acting alone or through any party properly designated by it under this Agreement, to do any and all things in connection with such servicing and administration that it may deem necessary or desirable.
