Notice of Breach. The Asset Representations Reviewer will notify the Issuer promptly in the event of an actual or reasonably suspected security breach, unauthorized access, misappropriation or other compromise of the security, confidentiality or integrity of Issuer PII and, where applicable, immediately take action to prevent any further breach.

Notice of Breach. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contractor shall, at least ten business days prior to declaring a breach of Contract by any Authorized User, by certified or registered mail, notify both the Commissioner and the purchasing official of the breaching Authorized User of the specific facts, circumstances and grounds upon which a breach will be declared.
Notice of Breach. Lessor shall not be deemed in breach of this Lease unless Lessor fails within a reasonable time to perform an obligation required to be performed by Lessor. Notice of Breach. Upon (i) the discovery by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Issuer or the Servicer or (ii) the receipt of written notice by or actual knowledge of a Responsible Officer of the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, of a material breach of any of the representations and warranties in Section 4.1(a), the party discovering such breach will give prompt notice to the other parties.
