Common use of Acceptance of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Benefits. The Client acknowledges and agrees that GTJAS may solicit, accept and retain for its own benefit any rebate, brokerage, commission, fee, discount and/or other benefit or advantage from any Transaction effected by GTJAS. GTJAS will disclose such benefit or advantage to the Client upon request or otherwise in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and rules. GTJAS may also offer at its discretion any benefit or advantage to any person in connection with such Transaction.
