Non-Monetary Benefits. GTJAS and/or its associates may from time to time receive non-monetary benefits from products issuers and such non-monetary benefits may include commitment for businesses (whether contractual or otherwise and whether on exclusive basis or otherwise) or other forms of benefits that cannot be quantified in pecuniary terms.
Non-Monetary Benefits. If the Company is obligated to provide severance benefits pursuant to this Agreement, the Company, in its sole discretion, either shall provide the Employee a monetary benefit on a monthly basis that will enable the Employee to obtain independently an equivalent benefit to that provided by the Company's plan, or will pay directly the Employee's COBRA payment for the period the Employee is eligible for the benefit. The Company's obligation pursuant to this Paragraph, however, shall cease if and when the Employee obtains alternative employment and receives a comparable benefit from his subsequent employer, or when the benefit period set forth in this Agreement ends, whichever occurs sooner. The Employee agrees that he will notify the Company within seven (7) days of receiving comparable benefits from another employer and that if he fails to do so, he will be obligated to refund the value of any benefits provided by the Company corresponding to the period when the benefits overlapped.
Non-Monetary BenefitsThe District provides various payroll services upon request by the certified teaching staff, including, but not necessarily limited to: a. Payroll deduction for approved tax-sheltered annuities. b. Payroll deduction for approved professional association dues. c. Payroll deduction for the Credit Union.

Intuit is prohibited from engaging in any practice that would cause the Landing Page for IRS Free File Program Delivered by TurboTax (xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx) to be “de-indexed” from organic internet search results. ii. Intuit agrees to disclose the existence of the IRS Free File Program and qualifications to file for free under the IRS Free File Program on one or more webpages maintained as part of, and accessible from the homepage of, the xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx domain, and provide information on how to participate in the IRS Free File Program, and to maintain a publicly-available webpage on the same domain setting forth the forms and schedules not covered in TurboTax Free Edition. iii. Intuit will create a minimum of 3 blog posts each tax filing season (January 15-April 15) on its commercial website informing consumers about the IRS Free File Program and linking thereto. iv. Until a customer files their taxes or voluntarily unsubscribes from receiving such emails, Intuit will send a minimum of six (6) email reminders to returning IRS Free File Program Delivered by TurboTax customers. v. When marketing TurboTax Free Edition on its commercial website, xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx, Intuit will adhere, to the fullest extent practicable, to the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines for online marketing set forth in .com Disclosures: How to Make Effective Disclosures in Digital Advertising, available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/sites/default/files/attachments/press-releases/ftc-staff-revises-online- advertising-disclosure-guidelines/130312dotcomdisclosures.pdf.

The kinds of research on which Ethiopian scientists will participate and the mode of participation shall be specified by mutual agreement of the parties in the research plan of the Company. The company agreed to share with the provider the results of research it will undertake on the genetic resource/biological resource. Accordingly, the company shall share with the provider the knowledge or technologies it may generate using this genetic resource/biological resource except where it constitutes undisclosed information to the company according to article 39 of the agreement on Trade-related Aspect of Intellectual property rights of the World Trade Organization. 7.2.3. The company shall give training by inviting expertise for concerned institutions and local communities to enhance local skills in genetic resources/biological resource conservation, evaluation, development, propagation and use at least once in a year through the time of contract. Results of any joint research conducted on the genetic resource/biological resource shall be owned by both parties and shall be released only upon written consent of both parties. Information that is identified by either party as confidential shall be kept as such by both parties. No party shall assign his rights, benefits, or obligations under this agreement to any third party without the written consent of the other party. Each of the parties shall at all times respect the confidentiality under this agreement and any information related to the other that it comes across or is disclosed to it including the know-how, manufacturing processes etc. And none of the parties shall give or disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written approval of the party to whom such information belongs.
