Acceptance of Bids / Minor Irregularities. 2.11.1 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, part of bids, and to waive minor irregularities or variances to specifications contained in bids which do not make the bid conditional in nature and minor irregularities in the solicitation process. A minor irregularity shall be a variation from the solicitation that does not affect the price of the contract or does not give a bidder an advantage or benefit not enjoyed by other bidders, does not adversely impact the interests of other firms or, does not affect the fundamental fairness of the solicitation process. The City also reserves the right to reissue an ITB. 2.11.2 The City reserves the right to disqualify Bidder during any phase of the competitive solicitation process and terminate for cause any resulting contract upon evidence of collusion with intent to defraud or other illegal practices on the part of the Bidder.
