Acceptance of Condition of the Premises at Commencement Date. (a) The Tenant agrees to occupy the Premises in the condition that they are in at the Commencement Date as recorded in the Condition Report.‌ (b) Subject to the Landlord’s obligations under this Lease, the Tenant will not require the Landlord to make any repairs or alterations to the Premises.
