Obtain reports, surveys or audits. The Tenant must: 9.5.1 immediately obtain, at its cost, any reports, surveys or audits which the Landlord may reasonably require to enable the Landlord to determine whether a breach of this clause 9 has occurred; and 9.5.2 pay the Landlord on demand the reasonable costs of any of those reports, surveys or audits the Landlord may obtain.

  • Environmental Audits and Reports As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all final environmental audits, investigations, analyses and reports of any kind or character, whether prepared by personnel of Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or by independent consultants, Government Authorities or any other Persons, with respect to significant environmental matters at any Facility that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or with respect to any Environmental Claims that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Environmental Audits There are no environmental audits, evaluations, assessments, studies or tests relating to the Corporation except for ongoing assessments conducted by or on behalf of the Corporation in the ordinary course.

  • Inspection of Reports The Depositary shall make available for inspection by holders of Receipts at the Corporate Office and at such other places as it may from time to time deem advisable during normal business hours any reports and communications received from the Company that are both received by the Depositary as the holder of deposited Preferred Stock and made generally available to the holders of the Preferred Stock. In addition, the Depositary shall transmit certain notices and reports to the holders of Receipts as provided in Section 5.05.
