Common use of Acceptance of Conjugates Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Conjugates. Beglend shall conduct such tests and examinations as it may consider reasonably necessary to determine acceptability of the Immunoconjugates in accordance with the criteria set out below and will provide written confirmation of same to InNexus ("Conjugate Acceptance") or written notice that the Immunoconjugates are not acceptable, specifying the reasons for such rejection ("Conjugate Rejection").
