ACCEPTANCE OF DEED; CLOSING DOCUMENTS. The acceptance of the Conservation Easements by Buyer shall be deemed to be a full performance and discharge of every agreement and obligation herein contained or expressed with respect to the Conservation Easements, except such as are, by the terms hereof, to be performed after the delivery of the Conservation Easements or to survive the Closings. At the Closings, and in addition to any other documents referred to in this Agreement to be delivered to Buyer at the Closings, Seller shall execute, acknowledge as necessary and deliver the following documents and such other documents as Buyer’s attorneys may reasonably require to complete the transaction contemplated herein:
