Common use of Acceptance of Employment; Standard of Performance Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Employment; Standard of Performance. The Subadviser accepts its employment as a discretionary series adviser of the Designated Series and agrees to use its best professional judgment to make investment decisions for the Designated Series in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and as set forth in Schedule D attached hereto and made a part hereof.

The Subadviser accepts its employment as a discretionary series adviser of the Designated Series and agrees to use its best professional judgment to make investment decisions recommendations for the Designated Series in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and as set forth in Schedule D B attached hereto and made a part hereof.

The Subadviser accepts its employment as a non-discretionary series adviser subadviser to Adviser on behalf of the Designated Series and agrees to use its best professional judgment to make investment decisions collaborate with Adviser in recommending investments for acquisition or disposition by Adviser for the Designated Series in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and as set forth in Schedule D B attached hereto and made a part hereof.

The Subadviser accepts its employment as a discretionary series adviser Subadviser of the Designated Series and agrees to use its best professional judgment to make due care in making investment decisions for the Designated Series in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and as set forth in Schedule D attached hereto and made a part hereof.
