PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance for this contract begins , and ends .
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This Contract shall be effective upon execution by both parties. The term of the Contract shall be a one (1) year term with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance for this Agreement shall commence as of July 1, 2023 and be in full force and effect through June 30, 2024 unless terminated earlier or modified in accordance with this Agreement.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This Grant starts on September 1, 2023, and ends on August 31, 2028, and can be renewed, extended, or terminated as provided for in this Grant. Following the base term, DFPS, at its sole option, may extend any resulting Grant Agreement for one additional 12-month term to complete a new Request for Applications or transition to a new Grantee.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. 3.3.9.1 Consultant shall perform and complete all Services under this Agreement within the term set forth in Section 3.1.2 above (“Performance Time”). Consultant shall also perform the Services in strict accordance with any completion schedule or Project milestones described in Exhibits “A” or “B” attached hereto, or which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the City and Consultant (“Performance Milestones”). Consultant agrees that if the Services are not completed within the aforementioned Performance Time and/or pursuant to any such Performance Milestones developed pursuant to provisions of this Agreement, it is understood, acknowledged and agreed that the City will suffer damage.
3.3.9.2 Neither City nor Consultant shall be considered in default of this Agreement for delays in performance caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the non-performing Party. For purposes of this Agreement, such circumstances include a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event shall mean an event that materially affects a Party’s performance and is one or more of the following: (1) Acts of God or other natural disasters; (2) terrorism or other acts of a public enemy; (3) orders of governmental authorities (including, without limitation, unreasonable and unforeseeable delay in the issuance of permits or approvals by governmental authorities that are required for the services); (4) strikes and other organized labor action occurring at the site and the effects thereof on the services, only to the extent such strikes and other organized labor action are beyond the control of Consultant and its subcontractors, and to the extent the effects thereof cannot be avoided by use of replacement workers; and (5) pandemics, epidemics or quarantine restrictions. For purposes of this section, “orders of governmental authorities,” includes ordinances, emergency proclamations and orders, rules to protect the public health, welfare and safety, and other actions of a public agency applicable to the services and Agreement.
3.3.9.3 Should a Force Majeure Event occur, the non-performing Party shall, within a reasonable time of being prevented from performing, give written notice to the other Party describing the circumstances preventing continued performance and the efforts being made to resume performance of this Agreement. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This Contract shall be effective March 3, 2022 through March 2, 2023. The term of the Contract shall be a one (1) year term with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. The Owners reserve the right to extend the contract beyond the renewal term upon written approval by all parties.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance of OASIS SB is from June 20, 2014 through December 19, 2024, as exercised in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, with 1 (5-year) option that may extend the cumulative term of the contract to 10 years in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contact, if exercised. The period of performance for each task order awarded under OASIS SB shall be specified in the task order by the ordering agency. Task orders must be solicited and awarded prior to the OASIS SB term expiring and may extend up to 5 years after the OASIS SB term expires. Task order option periods may be exercised after the OASIS SB term expires as long as the final task order option period does not extend the cumulative term of the task order beyond 5 years after the OASIS SB term expires. After the OASIS SB term expires, XXXXX SB will remain an active contract until the final task order is closed-out and shall govern the terms and conditions with respect to active task orders to the same extent as if it were completed during the OASIS SB term. Accordingly, the cumulative term of OASIS SB may span up to December 19, 2024 and the cumulative term of all task orders placed under OASIS SB may span up to December 19, 2029.

As set forth in Treasury’s implementing regulations, THE CONTRACTOR may use award funds to cover eligible costs incurred during the period that begins on March 3, 2021 and ends on December 31, 2024.
