Common use of ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT. The Lessee shall inspect each item of equipment delivered pursuant to this Lease. The Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor of any discrepancies between such item of equipment and the description of the equipment in the Equipment Schedule. If the Lessee fails to provide such notice before accepting delivery of the equipment, the Lessee will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the equipment as specified in the Equipment Schedule.

ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT. The Lessee shall inspect each item of equipment delivered pursuant to this Lease. The Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor of any discrepancies between such item items of equipment and the description of the equipment in the Equipment Schedule. The Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor Owner of any discrepancies between such item of equipment and the description of the equipment in the Equipment Schedule. Schedule attached as exhibit A. If the Lessee fails to provide such notice before accepting in writing within 10 days after the delivery of the equipment, the Lessee will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the equipment as specified in the Equipment Schedule.

The Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor Xxxxxx of any discrepancies between such item of equipment and the description of the equipment in the Equipment ScheduleInventory List. If the Lessee fails to provide such notice before accepting delivery of the equipment, equipment the Lessee will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the equipment as specified in the Equipment ScheduleInventory List.

ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT. The Lessee shall immediately inspect each item of equipment Equipment delivered pursuant to this Lease. The Lessee , and shall immediately notify the Lessor in writing of any discrepancies between such item of equipment Equipment and the description description, statement of the equipment condition, and valuation of such item of Equipment as agreed to in the Equipment Scheduleattached schedule or schedules. If the Lessee fails to provide Lessor receives no such written notice before accepting within two (2) days after delivery of the equipmentany item of Equipment, the Lessee will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the equipment Equipment as specified in the Equipment Scheduleattached schedule or schedules.

ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT. The Lessee shall immediately inspect each item of equipment delivered pursuant to this Lease. The Lessee , and shall immediately notify the Lessor in writing of any discrepancies between such item of equipment and the description description, statement of the condition, and valuation of such item of equipment in the Equipment Scheduleas stated herein. If the Lessee fails to provide Lessor receives no such written notice before accepting within five (5) days after delivery of the any item of equipment, the Lessee will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the equipment as specified in the Equipment Scheduleherein.

If the Lessee fails to provide such notice before accepting delivery of the equipment, the Lessee will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the equipment as specified specified in the Equipment Schedule.

If the Lessee fails to provide such notice before accepting in writing within 1 day after the delivery of the equipment, the Lessee will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the equipment as specified in the Equipment Schedule.
