ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT. The Equipment is to be delivered and installed at the location specified or referred to in the applicable Equipment Schedule. The Equipment shall be deemed to have been accepted by Customer for all purposes under this Agreement upon Customer's execution of an Equipment Schedule (the "Acceptance Date"). Customer shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the delivery of the Equipment to Customer for whatever reason.
