Acceptance of Gifts and Grants. The Board of Directors is authorized to accept conditional and unconditional gifts and grants, outright or in trust. Conditional gifts requiring ongoing commitment of funds must be authorized by the governing bodies of the school administrative units served by the Program, including the members of an AOS within the Program.
