Acceptance of Grain from third parties on behalf of the Client. (a) Before accepting Grain at a Viterra Facility from a third party for sale to the Client and subsequent storage on the Client's behalf, Viterra will assess and classify the Grain and require the person who has tendered the Grain to sign a receival docket setting out the origin, weight, variety, quality, payment grade and the Purchase Option selected by the person.
