Port Loading Protocols. (a) The Port Loading Protocols set out the requirements for: (i) Bookings for, and contracting of, all Capacity at the Port Terminals; and (ii) all Outturns of Bulk Wheat. (b) The Client agrees to comply with the Port Loading Protocols which the Parties agree form part of this Agreement. (c) The Client: (i) acknowledges that it has been provided with a copy of the Port Loading Protocols; (ii) agrees that the Port Loading Protocols may be varied from time to time in accordance with their terms; and (iii) acknowledges that the Port Loading Protocols as varied from time to time are available at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx. (d) The Client and Viterra agree that in the case of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the Port Loading Protocols, the Port Loading Protocols will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

Port Loading Protocols. 9.1 The Client undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Company’s published Port Loading Protocols when the Client engages the Company to load a vessel at the Port Terminal or the Company’s requirements in relation to container packing when the Client engages the Company to pack grain into containers at the Port Terminal.
Port Loading Protocols. (a) The Port Loading Protocols apply to all nominated (or requested) Outturns of Bulk Wheat, and contain other information in relation to shipping services and requirements in relation to bookings and shipping nominations. (b) The Client agrees to comply with the Port Loading Protocols. (c) The Port Loading Protocols are available at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx and may be varied from time to time in accordance with their termsthe Access Undertaking. (d) The Client and the Company acknowledge that in the case of any inconsistency between the terms of this agreement and the Port Loading Protocols, the Port Loading Protocols shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
Port Loading Protocols. 9.1 The Client and the Company undertake to comply with the requirements of: (a) the Company‟s published Port Loading Protocols when the Client engages the Company to load a Bulk Wheat vessel at the Port Terminal or (b) Container Packing Protocols when the Client engages the Company to pack grain into container at the Port Terminal. 9.2 The Client acknowledges that the efficient operation of the Port Terminal relies on a supply chain based predominantly on rail movements and the optimisation of Grain positioning. Accordingly: (a) the Client may not be able to book a shipping slot if it is not able to demonstrate access to rail resources for the movement of grain to port; (b) where necessary to facilitate efficient loading of the Client‟s ships and the ships of others, the Client will be expected to explore in good faith stock swap opportunities with other clients of the Company on terms agreeable to the Client, 9.3 Unless otherwise agreed with the Company, only wheat will be shipped out of the Port Terminal. 9.4 The Client acknowledges that the Company has the right to mitigate dust emissions at the Port Terminal. Such mitigation may include moisture conditioning of grain paths.

Accordingly: (a) the Client may not be able to book a shipping slot if it is not able to demonstrate access to rail resources for the movement of grain to port ; (b) where necessary to facilitate efficient loading of the Client‟s ships and the ships of others, the Client will be expected to explore in good faith enter into commercially reasonable stock swap opportunities s with other clients of the Company on terms agreeable to the Client,; and (c) The Company may swap a grade of the Client Grain with the same grade of Grain between the Company‟s Facilities, and by entering into this Agreement the Client consents to any such stock swap occurring, Freight adjustments will be made on the basis of GTA Location differentials. 9.3 Unless otherwise agreed with the Company, only wheat will be shipped out of the Port Terminal. 9.4 The Client acknowledges that the Company has the right to mitigate dust emissions at the Port Terminal. Such mitigation may include moisture conditioning of grain paths.
Port Loading Protocols. ‌ Where the Grain is to be loaded onboard a shipping vessel, the Customer agrees to comply with the Port Loading Protocols and to pay the respective fees and charges.

  • Signaling protocol The Parties will interconnect their networks using SS7 signaling where Technically Feasible and available as defined in GR 905 Telcordia Standards including ISDN User Part (ISUP) for trunk signaling and TCAP for CCS-based features in the Interconnection of their networks. All Network Operations Forum (NOF) adopted standards shall be adhered to. Where available, CenturyLink signaling services to link its Signaling Transfer Points (STPs) for CLEC switches which connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “A” links or for CLEC’s STPs to connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “D” links which are dedicated to the transport of signaling for local Interconnection, may be ordered from the CenturyLink Tariff.

  • Protocol The attached Protocol shall be an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
