Upon the Authority's receipt of the non- refundable (unless Participant is not accepted by the Authority) Registration Fee, an Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority Program Registration Form that has been properly completed by the Participant, and an acknowledgment of the receipt and approval of this Origination Agreement, which shall be indicated by the signature of a representative of the Authority on the signature page hereof, the Participant shall be accepted to serve as a participating originator of Loans under the applicable Program(s).
