The Contractor/Vendor is responsible for providing its own dumpster; use of the College’s dumpster is not allowed. Your cooperation in recycling and adhering to the disposal of waste guidelines at Black Hawk College is appreciated. Any Contractor or Vendor who intentionally and knowingly disregards these guidelines may be excluded from further proposal considerations.
