Common use of Acceptance of the Application Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of the Application. Following receiving the application for Grid connection by Party B, the Dispatching Agency shall examine such application pursuant to Clause 4 of this Agreement and other relevant regulations, reply Party B in a timely manner, and such reply shall not be delayed unreasonably. 5.3.1 Where the documents provided in the application for Grid connection are proper, Party A shall confirm upon receipt of the application for Grid connection. 5.3.2 Where the documents provided in the application for Grid connection are improper, Party A shall be entitled to refuse to confirm, but it shall notify Party B in writing the reasons why it did not confirm within 5 days upon receipt of the application for Grid connection.
