Common use of Acceptance of the Ship by Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of the Ship by. the Buyer shall be accomplished by: (i) the delivery to the Builder of a counterpart of the protocol of delivery and acceptance duly executed by the Buyer; and (ii) payment by the Buyer to the Builder of that part of the Contract Price which the Buyer is required to pay upon delivery of the Ship pursuant to Clause 2.1(v) in Article 8.
