Common use of Acceptance or Approval Clause in Contracts

Acceptance or Approval. By accepting all or approving anything required to be observed, performed, or fulfilled, or to be given to Parent pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any certificate, balance sheet, statement of profit or loss or other financial statement, or insurance policy, Parent shall not be deemed to have accepted or approved the sufficiency, legality, effectiveness or legal effect of the same, or of any term, provision, or condition thereof as to third parties.
