Accepting this Agreement. You accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement when your application is approved and we have created your Account/Card.
Accepting this Agreement. Before using Mobile Banking you must both read and accept this Agreement. You must evidence that consent and acceptance of terms and conditions by selecting the button declaring your acceptance, as part of your enrollment in Mobile Banking. In addition, you agree you are deemed to automatically renew that consent and acceptance each time you log in as a user of Westamerica Bank Mobile Banking and use Mobile Banking to conduct any transaction. The current version of this Agreement can always be viewed online through your Online Banking service StarConnect Plus.
Accepting this Agreement. You accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement when you first use the Account or the Card.
Accepting this Agreement. Before using our Zelle Payment Service, you must read and accept this Agreement. You shall be deemed to automatically reaffirm your acceptance of this Agreement each time you use the Service. This Agreement is an addendum to your Digital Banking Service Agreement and your Deposit Account Agreement, all of which are incorporated herein. The current version of this Agreement, your Digital Banking Service Agreement and your Deposit Account Agreement can be reviewed online in the Agreement Center of your Division’s Website (listed in Part C below). PART C OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS, INCLUDING A WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO TRIAL BY JURY.
Accepting this Agreement. This Agreement will be effective on the date you use, or someone you authorized uses, the Card or the Account, whichever is earlier. You agree that by using the Account or the Card, or otherwise accepting the Account or the Card, you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Accepting this Agreement. By the End User (a) using the Software or the Autonomy Features, or (b) executing a subscription agreement, order document, or other instrument that references this Agreement (a “Service Document”), the End User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including its limitations on access, use, transferability, warranty, and liability, for the referenced and future purchases of Robotic Scrubbers. In addition, by accepting this Agreement, the End User represents that he or she has the authority to bind the End User (or its employer or other entity on whose behalf the End User is agreeing) to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In certain circumstances, including, but not limited to, when the End User obtains a Robotic Scrubber from a Tennant-authorized distributor, the support, training, and other obligations and rights of Tennant hereunder may be delegated, in Xxxxxxx’x sole discretion, to a Tennant-authorized distributor, training partner, or service partner.
Accepting this Agreement. This Agreement is a licence and not a tenancy. This means You have a right to occupy the Room during the Period of Residence but do not have exclusive possession of the Room. This means that UCD has the right to:
a. Enter the Room at any time for any reason as referred to in this Agreement;
b. Require You to move to a different room as referred to in this Agreement;
c. Where your Room is of a shared type UCD requires You to share it with another person. By Accepting this Agreement You are entering into a legally binding contract with UCD, which for the Period of Residence and subject to the terms of this Agreement, gives You the right to live in the Room and to use the Communal Areas. This is subject to the proviso that this Agreement shall not become binding on UCD until such times as the Licence Fee is first paid in accordance with clause 6(I) of this Agreement and in the event such payment is not made UCD shall have the right to offer the Room to another person and this Agreement shall be at an end and your Deposit will be returned in accordance with clause 11 of this Agreement. If You breach any of the terms of this Agreement UCD shall be entitled to take action against You. If You are under the age of 18 years by accepting this Agreement you and your parents or guardians acknowledge and accept that You will most likely be sharing accommodation with students over the age of 18 years. If any term or provision in this Agreement is held to be illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part such term shall be deemed not to form part of this Licence Agreement but the enforceability of the remainder of this Licence Agreement is not affected.

2.2 By accepting this Agreement You are entering into a legally binding contract with the Licensor, which for the Period of Residence and subject to the terms of this Agreement, gives You the right to live in the Room and to use the Communal Areas. However, if You breach any of the terms of this Agreement the Licensor shall be entitled to take action against You.
2.3 If You are under the age of 18 years by accepting this Agreement you and your parents or guardians acknowledge and accept that You will most likely be sharing accommodation with students over the age of 18 years.
2.4 If any term or provision in this Agreement is held to be illegal or unenforceable in whole or in part such term shall be deemed not to form part of this Licence Agreement but the enforceability of the remainder of this Licence Agreement is not affected.
Accepting this Agreement. Before using Mobile Banking, you must both (a) consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically, and (b) read and accept this Agreement. You must evidence that consent and acceptance by selecting the button declaring your acceptance as part of your enrollment in Mobile Banking. In addition, you agree you are deemed to automatically renew that consent and acceptance each time you log in as a user of NebraskaLand Bank Mobile Banking and use Mobile Banking to conduct any transaction. The current version of this Agreement can be viewed online through your Primary Online Banking service.
Accepting this Agreement. 1.1 The Accommodation Contract will be formed, and a legally binding contract entered into between the Occupier and the University when the Occupier has signed and returned the Booking Agreement and either:
1.1.1 Paid the Pre-payment stipulated on the Booking Agreement and provided a guarantee agreement signed by a UK Guarantor; or
1.1.2 Paid the Total Rent in full.
1.2 If the Occupier moves into the Premises without having signed and returned the Booking Agreement they will be deemed as having accepted the terms of the Accommodation Contract and entered into a legally binding contract with the University which is subject to the terms of the Accommodation Contract.
