Accepting this Agreement. Before using our Zelle Payment Service, you must read and accept this Agreement. You shall be deemed to automatically reaffirm your acceptance of this Agreement each time you use the Service. This Agreement is an addendum to your Digital Banking Service Agreement and your Deposit Account Agreement, all of which are incorporated herein. The current version of this Agreement, your Digital Banking Service Agreement and your Deposit Account Agreement can be reviewed online in the Agreement Center of your Division’s Website (listed in Part C below). PART C OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS, INCLUDING A WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO TRIAL BY JURY.
