Accepting this Agreement. Before using the Digital Banking service, you must both (a) consent to receive disclosures, notices and other communications electronically, and (b) read and accept this Agreement. You agree that you are deemed to automatically renew your consent and acceptance each time you log in and use Digital Banking. The current version of this Agreement can always be viewed online at your Division’s Website (listed in Section 3 below). SECTION 3 OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS, INCLUDING A WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO TRIAL BY JURY.
