PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. This is an agreement for indemnity reinsurance solely between the Company and the Reinsurer. The performance of the obligations of each Party under this Agreement shall be rendered solely to the other Party. The acceptance of risks under this Agreement shall create no right or legal relationship between the Reinsurer and the insured, owner or beneficiary of any insurance policy or other contract of the Company.
PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement binds:
5.1 Metal Manufactures Limited ("the Employer");
5.2 The National Union of Workers and the Australian Workers Union;
5.3 All Employees who are employed by the Employer at a location in the South Australia and Northern Territory Region whose wages and conditions of employment are regulated by the Award.
PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. The Parties to this Agreement are: Students in the Course who elect to participate in the Course Project by signing the form of “Participation Agreement” attached as Attachment B (collectively, the “Students”); Carnegie Mellon; and Course Sponsor.
PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. This is a YRT Agreement for indemnity reinsurance (the "Agreement") solely between Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of Lincoln, Nebraska and RGA Reinsurance Company of Chesterfield, Missouri. The Ceding Company and the Reinsurer are collectively referred to as the "parties". The acceptance of risks under this Agreement will create no right or legal relationship between the Reinsurer and the insured, owner or beneficiary of any insurance policy or other contract of the Ceding Company. The Agreement will be binding upon the Ceding Company and the Reinsurer and their respective successors and assigns.
PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. Nothing herein shall in any manner create any obligations or establish any rights against any non-party to this Agreement or in favor of any person not a party to this Agreement.
PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. A) This is an agreement solely between the Insurer and the Reinsurer. The acceptance of reinsurance hereunder shall not create any right or legal relation whatever between the Reinsurer and any of Insurer’s policyholders, beneficiaries, representatives, sales representatives, employees or shareholders.
B) A failure or delay of either party to this Agreement to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement, or to exercise any option which is herein provided, shall in no way be construed to be a waiver of such provision.
PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. 1.1.1 Between (“The Employer”) And (“The Employee”)
1.1.2 This is a Fixed Term/Seasonal Individual Employment Agreement between the Employer and Employee.
1.1.3 The parties agree that this Agreement shall be administered in accordance with the true intent of its terms and provisions, and that each will provide the other with the fullest co-operation to maintain a harmonious employment relationship.
1.1.4 Rural Contractors New Zealand facilitates the provision of this Agreement in good faith however, they do not accept any responsibility or liability for any disputes between the parties to this Agreement.
PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. This agreement applies to the persons participating in the Pension Plans listed in “Appendix G-Record of Parties to the Agreement” administered by the various Pension Authorities that are Parties to this agreement. An authority who is a Public Authority, as defined herein, but who is not a Party listed in “Appendix G-Record of Parties to the Agreement” may, upon written request, be added as a Party to this agreement subject to the unanimous approval of the Participating Authorities who are Parties to this agreement at the time of the request.
PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. Any reference in this Agreement to the “parties” to this Agreement means the signatories to this Agreement and their heirs, successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns, and does not include any third party.
