Common use of Access by County Clause in Contracts

Access by County. County reserves the right for County and County’s authorized representatives to enter the Premises at any reasonable time during business hours, in order to (i) determine whether Tenant is complying with Tenant’s obligations hereunder, or (ii) enforce any rights given to County under this Lease. County shall take all necessary measures not to unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s or any subtenant’s business at the Premises in exercising its rights under this Section.

Access by County. County reserves the right for County County, and County’s authorized representatives representatives, to enter the Premises at any reasonable time during business hours, in order to (i) determine whether Tenant is complying with Tenant’s obligations hereunder, (ii) review Tenant records during regular business hours, or (iiiii) enforce any rights given to or retained by County under this Lease, including but not limited to provide routine landfill maintenance and monitoring activities or to comply will all regulatory requirements associated with such activities. County shall take all necessary measures not to unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s or any subtenant’s business at the Premises in exercising its rights under this Section.
