Utility Costs. Tenant shall pay the whole cost for all utility services as invoiced to Tenant by City and for such other special services which it may require in the Premises, and Tenant hereby expressly waives the right to contest any utility rates.
Utility Costs. The cost of utilities, such as water, power, fuel, sewer, etc., (unless provided by Owner) required for Design-Builder’s operations at the Project Site and fuel consumed in the generation of electrical power or in the operation of equipment required in the Design-Builder’s operation at the Project Site, except to the extent such costs are included in the rental rates for such equipment in accordance with this Contract.
Utility Costs. Tenant shall pay all Utility Costs during the Term prior to delinquency. As used in this Lease, the term “Utility Costs” shall include all charges, surcharges, taxes, connection fees, service fees and other costs of installing and using all utilities required for or utilized in connection with the Premises and/or the Improvements, including without limitation, costs of heating, ventilation and air conditioning for the Premises, costs of furnishing gas, electricity and other fuels or power sources to the Premises, and the costs of furnishing water and sewer services to the Premises. Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the County against any liability, claim, or demand for the late payment or non-payment of Utility Costs.
Utility Costs all costs in connection with the supply of electricity, gas, water, sewage, telecommunications and data and other services and utilities to or from the Premises and a fair and reasonable proportion of such costs (such proportion to be determined by the Managing Trustees absolutely) in connection with the supply of such utilities to or from the Common Parts due to the Licensee’s usage of the Premises and the Common Parts.
Utility Costs. The Tenant is to pay direct to the suppliers of the Utilities all costs payable in respect of Utilities provided to the Premises (including standing charges and taxes payable on Utility costs).

Utility Costs. Landlord shall not be obligated to furnish or pay for any utilities for the Leased Premises. Tenant shall cause the necessary mains, conduits and other facilities to be provided and maintained (from and within the property lines of the Leased Premises to the connection with the supplying utility in the streets immediately adjacent to the Leased Premises) to supply water, gas, telephone, electricity and other utility services commonly supplied to and within Comparable Recreational Properties similar to the Project Improvements, and Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, subject to the obligations of the applicable utility provider, maintain and repair all water pipes, conduits, electric lines, gas pipes and other transmission facilities in, on or servicing the Leased Premises during the Term, provided that to the extent the same are not located in or on the Leased Premises, the obligation of Tenant shall be only to maintain such pipes, conduits, lines or other facilities to the connection points located in the streets immediately adjacent to the Leased Premises. During the Term, Tenant shall pay, or cause to be paid, for all water used in the Leased Premises and all rents, fees or charges imposed for water used, and for any sewage charge, or assessment, whether imposed by meter or otherwise. Tenant shall comply with all water conservation measures required by Applicable Laws. During the Term, Tenant shall also pay, or cause to be paid, for all gas, electricity, fuel and other utilities used or consumed to heat, cool, light, illuminate or otherwise power the Leased Premises and outside lighting and signs, if any, for the Leased Premises on or surrounding the Leased Premises (excluding costs of municipal street lighting) or otherwise delivered thereto. No interruption or malfunction of any utility services shall constitute an eviction or disturbance of Tenant’s possession of the Leased Premises or a breach of the covenant of quiet enjoyment, and no such interruption or malfunction shall result in any abatement or reduction in Rent.
Utility Costs. Any water, electricity, heating, fuel or other energy and utility costs used and consumed for the Petroleum Operations.
Utility Costs. Landlord shall arrange for the following utilities furnished to or used at the Premises: water, gas, electricity, sewer service and non-hazardous waste pick-up. The costs of such utilities shall be included in Operating Expenses. Tenant shall be responsible for arranging for telephone and other electronic communications services, at the Premises and shall pay the costs of such utilities directly. Landlord will work in good faith with Tenant to provide access to a cable or satellite TV feed to the Premises, subject to agreement of the parties with respect to allocation of costs of installation and ongoing monthly service costs.
