Access Corporation. The Access Corporation shall provide services to PEG Access Users and the Town, as follows: (1) Schedule, operate and program the PEG Access Channels provided in accordance with Section 6.3 below; (2) Manage the PEG Access studio, pursuant to Section 6.4 below; (3) Manage the annual funding, pursuant to Section 6.5 below; (4) Purchase and/or lease equipment, with the funds allocated for such purposes in § 6.6 below; (5) Conduct training programs in the skills necessary to produce PEG Access Programming; (6) Provide technical assistance and production services to PEG Access Users, in accordance with available funding; (7) Establish rules, procedures and guidelines for use of the PEG Access Channels; (8) Provide publicity, fundraising, outreach, referral and other support services to PEG Access Users; (9) Assist Users in the production of Programming of interest to Subscribers and focusing on Town issues, events and activities; and (10) Accomplish such other tasks as appropriate and necessary.

Access Corporation. The entity, designated by the Issuing Authority from time to time, for the purpose of operating and managing the use of public, educational and governmental access funding, equipment and channels on the Cable Television System.
Access Corporation. (a) The Issuing Authority reserves the right to organize and develop an Access Corporation, to provide programming, assistance and services to PEG Access Users and the Town. (b) In the event that an Access Corporation is formed, the Licensee shall cooperate with such Access Corporation, including but not limited to, transmitting PEG Access programming on dedicated PEG Access Channels programmed by the Access Corporation.
Access Corporation. (a) As may be designated by the Issuing Authority from time to time and as may be memorialized in a written agreement between the Issuing Authority and the Access Corporation, the Access Corporation shall provide services to Public Access Users as follows: (1) Manage the annual funding, provided in Article 6 herein; (2) Schedule, operate and program the Public Access Channels provided in accordance with Section 6.4 herein; (3) Conduct training programs in the skills necessary to produce quality Public Access programming; (4) Provide technical assistance, pre-production services, post-production services and production services to Public Access Users, using Access Corporation staff and volunteers; (5) Establish rules, procedures and guidelines for use of the Public Access Channel; (6) Provide publicity, fund-raising, outreach, referral and other support services to Public Access Users; (7) Accomplish such other tasks relating to the operation, scheduling and/or management of the Public Access Channels, facilities and equipment as appropriate and necessary; and (8) Produce or assist Users in the production of original, non-commercial Video Programming of interest to Subscribers and focusing on City issues, events and activities.

Access Corporation. (a) If the Town of Concord chooses to establish a non-profit charitable corporation, known as an Access Corporation (the “Access Corporation”), to provide PEG Access Programming, the Licensee shall give the Issuing Authority thirty (30) days’ prior written notice thereof and the Issuing Authority for Carlisle agrees as follows: (1) that the Access Corporation shall be responsible for producing PEG Access Programming; (2) to participate in the Access Corporation; and (3) that the Licensee shall have no further obligation to provide such PEG Access Programming. (b) If established, the Access Corporation shall provide services to PEG access users and the Town of Carlisle as follows: (1) operate and maintain the studio, and schedule, operate and program the PEG Access Channels as provided in accordance with this Article 6; (2) manage the annual funding, pursuant to Section 6.4; (3) purchase and/or lease equipment, with the funds allocated for such purposes in Sections 6.4; (4) conduct training programs in the skills necessary to produce PEG Access Programming; (5) provide technical assistance and production services to PEG access users; (6) establish rules, procedures and guidelines (with consultation with the Issuing Authority or its designee) for use of the PEG Access Channels; (7) provide publicity, fundraising, outreach, referral and other support services to PEG access users; (8) assist Users in the production of Programming of interest to Subscribers and focusing on Town issues, events and activities; and, (9) accomplish such other tasks relating to the operation, scheduling and/or management of the PEG Access Channels, facilities and equipment as appropriate and necessary. (c) At such time as the Access Corporation is established, Licensee shall be responsible for the technical maintenance and signal quality of the upstream and downstream local channel transmissions, notwithstanding the fact that Licensee is not responsible for the production quality of PEG Access Programming nor is Licensee responsible for the access equipment not owned by the Licensee. All modulators required for the PEG Access Channels and programming shall be owned, operated maintained and replaced, if necessary, by the Access Corporation. In order that PEG Access Programming can be cablecast over the downstream PEG Access Channels, all PEG Access Programming shall be modulated, then transmitted to the Headend or Hub, on an upstream channel made available, without charge, to the Tow...
