PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. (a) Upon request, and at no separate, additional charge, the Licensee shall provide Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any channel on the Cable Communications System.
(b) The Issuing Authority acknowledges that the parental control capability may be part of a converter box and the Licensee may charge Subscriber for use of said box.
PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. The Licensee shall comply with all requirements of federal law(s) governing Subscribers' capability to control the reception of any channels being received on their television sets.
PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. The Licensee shall provide, upon request and at the Licensee's cost, Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any channels being received on their television sets.
PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. Comcast shall provide Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any video and/or audio channel on the Cable System pursuant to Section 641 of the Cable Act.
PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. (a) Pursuant to federal law and upon request, and at no separate additional charge, the Franchisee shall provide Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any channels on the Cable System.
(b) If the Subscriber chooses to use a converter to achieve the parental control capability, Franchisee may charge Subscriber for use of the converter.

PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. Franchisee shall make available to any Subscriber at their request, consistent with Applicable Law, a parental control device or appropriate technology which will permit a Subscriber, at their option, to control the reception or to eliminate comprehensive reception of any Channels on the Cable System. Franchisee may require full or partial payment for such parental control device.
PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. Pursuant to Section 641 of the Cable Act, Charter shall allow Subscribers the use of parental control devices.
PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. (a) The Licensee shall provide, upon request, Subscribers with the capability to control the reception of any channels being received on their television sets. Where 550 MHz Converters are utilized, there shall be no charge for such parental control capability.
(b) The Licensee shall provide and install, upon request, Subscribers with filters to block-out the audio portion of any adult-oriented Programming , as advertised by the Licensee as such Programming, on the Cable System. Said filters shall be provided to Subscribers without monthly and/or installation charge(s) to said Subscribers and/or the City. The Licensee shall notify its Malden Subscribers of the availability of said filters on a periodic basis.
PARENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITY. (a) Upon request, the Licensee shall provide to Subscribers for sale or lease a Converter or other device with which Subscribers can prohibit viewing of a particular Cable Service during periods of time selected by the Subscriber.
(b) The Licensee shall, upon request, provide and install filters, or other devices, to block out the audio portion of any adult-oriented Programming on the Cable System.
