Standby Power. The Licensee shall maintain at least two and one half hour standby power at the hub facility, any sub-headend facilities, critical trunk areas, and fiber nodes. Such standby power shall have continuous capability, contingent upon availability of fuel necessary to operate the generators therefore, shall become activated automatically upon the failure of the normal power supply.
Standby Power. Grantee will provide standby power generating capacity at the Cable System headend and all hubs and any fiber optic nodes capable of providing emergency operations for at least forty-eight (48) hours. Grantee will maintain standby power system supplies, rated at least at two (2) hours duration, throughout the trunk and distribution networks. In addition, Grantee will have in place throughout the Term of this Franchise, a plan, and all resources necessary for implementation of the plan, for dealing with outages of more than two hours. Upon request, Grantee will provide a copy of the plan to the Grantor.
Standby Power. Grantee’s Cable System Headend shall be capable of providing at least twelve (12) hours of emergency operation. In addition, throughout the term of this Franchise, Grantee shall have a plan in place, along with all resources necessary for implementing such plan, for dealing with outages of more than four (4) hours. This outage plan and evidence of requisite implementation resources shall be presented to the Grantor no later than thirty (30) days following receipt of a request.
Standby Power. The System shall incorporate equipment capable of providing standby powering of the System.
Standby Power. The Grantee shall provide standby power generating capacity at the Cable System headend capable of providing at least three (3) hours of emergency supply. The Grantee shall maintain standby power Cable System supplies throughout the major trunk Cable networks capable of providing emergency power within the standard limits of commercially available power supply units.
Standby Power. The Franchisee shall provide standby power generating capacity at the headend and at all hubs. The Franchisee shall maintain standby power capable of at least twenty-four (24) hours duration at the headend and all hubs, with automatic response systems to alert the local management center when commercial power is interrupted.
Standby Power. Franchisee shall install automatic, activated standby power on its trunk-cable and at its headends, hubs, and receive-sites associated with the distribution of cable service to and throughout the City.
Standby Power. 1. The tenant space has a roof mounted generator 60KW 120/208volt non-life safety backup generator.
2. Distribution is provided through panel SBH and SBL.
3. Emergency circuits has been included per the equipment matrix.
Standby Power. Grantee shall maintain standby power at the headend, hubs and node locations.
Standby Power. The Cable System shall incorporate equipment capable of providing standby powering of the head end for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours upon failure of commercial power.
