ACCESS FOR REPAIRS. Tenant hereby agrees, requests, and authorizes Landlord to allow maintenance contractors and personnel to check out a key from Landlord to gain access to Premises to make necessary repairs during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed upon with Tenant and contractor.
