Access; Investigations. The parties acknowledge and agree that pursuant to the Lease and the terms and conditions of this Section 4.4, Buyer and its authorized agents and representatives may freely enter upon the Real Property at any time, during or after normal business hours, for the purpose of conducting Buyer’s due diligence with respect to its investigation of the Property. As used in this Agreement, “normal business hours” means the hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Las Vegas time) on all days other than Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays.
