Common use of Access Log and Record Files Clause in Contracts

Access Log and Record Files. Recipient will maintain an access log that records all disclosures of (or access to) Student Record Information. Entries in the access log will identify the person(s) receiving access, the reason access was granted, the date, time and circumstances of disclosure, and all Student Record Information provided. The access log will be made available to the District promptly upon request.
