Access/Meetings. The Town shall provide the Union with access to members of the bargaining unit, allow representatives of the Union to meet with members of the bargaining unit during the workday, and allow the Union to conduct meetings at the public library as provided by MGL c. 150E.
Access/Meetings. Owner shall have access, upon prior written notice to Developer and during reasonable business hours, to all information (including documents, reports, computer printouts and similar information) of Developer and its affiliates regarding the Horizontal Project and shall have the right to copy or otherwise re-produce all such materials. Designated representatives of Developer and Owner shall make themselves available upon reasonable prior written notice (by either party) and during reasonable business hours to consult by phone or email or at a mutually acceptable location with one another to discuss the Infrastructure Improvements, subject to reasonable scheduling.
