Access of Gaming Commission and Appointed Agents. The Gaming Commission or their appointed agents shall have the full access to inspect all aspects of the Enterprise, including the daily operations of the Enterprise, and to verify daily Gross Revenues and all income of the Enterprise, at any time without notice.

Access of Gaming Commission and Appointed Agents. The Gaming Commission or their its appointed agents shall have the full access to inspect all aspects of the Enterprise, including the daily operations of the Enterprise, and to verify daily Gross Revenues and all income of the Enterprise, at any time without notice. The Enterprise shall reimburse the Tribe for the reasonable costs of operation of the Gaming Commission as an Operating Expense of the Enterprise up to a maximum annual amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000).
