Scope and Application. This Appendix will apply to all work undertaken within the Employer’s Workshop(s) by employees mainly engaged at the Workshop.
Scope and Application. The application of this appendix is limited to Employees whilst working in the cottage sector. This appendix is to be read in conjunction with the rest of this agreement and applies to the cottage Sector within 60 kilometre radius (GPO) from Melbourne inclusive of the Greater Cities of Geelong and Ballarat in the State of Victoria.
Scope and Application. 3.1.1 This Clause will apply to all work covered by this Appendix.
3.1.2 This Clause will not apply where the Client Company already has in place existing inclement weather procedures. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the Disputes Settlement Procedure.
3.1.3 This Clause will not apply to workplaces or work locations where temperatures are usually hot (eg in or adjacent to boiler rooms) or cold (eg cool rooms) except where those temperatures are exacerbated by inclement weather. However, it is acknowledged that the Employer has OHS obligations that should be dealt with in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Scope and Application. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Client and the Company and is electronically executed. The Client is required to accept these terms provided that it has read and agrees with the terms of the Agreement by checking and/or clicking the respective acceptance checkbox during the Online Account Opening Procedure which is further explained below. For the avoidance of any doubt, this Agreement has the same legal effect and confers the same legal rights upon the parties as if it had been signed. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that by completing and submitting the account opening documentation forms of the Company fully agrees to be abide by and bound by the terms set out in this Agreement.
Scope and Application. The terms and conditions of this agreement apply to all current, prospective, and future employees employed by the Enterprise in Victoria who are engaged in those occupations and industries as defined in the Plumbing Trades (Southern States) Construction Award 1999 [AW792355] (hereinafter referred to as “the Award”). During the life of this Agreement no current, prospective or future employee will be offered or engaged on Australian Workplace Agreements.
Scope and Application. 1.1 This Appendix will apply throughout the State of Victoria to all on-site work on building and construction projects (as defined in clause 1.2 below). It does not apply to work which Appendices C, D, E, F, G, H, L and N apply to. It does not apply to work specified by clauses 1.3(b), (d) and (e) of Appendix N.
1.2 For the purposes of clause 1.1, a “building and construction project” is a project on which the Employer carries out work covered by this Agreement in conjunction with work being carried out by a principal contractor for the project where the principal contractor’s work falls within the following:
(a) Tradespersons, apprentices and trainees engaged in the erection, repair, renovation, maintenance, ornamentation or demolition of buildings or structures, including the making, assembling or fixing of woodwork and fittings in connection therewith, the making, preparing, assembling, and fixing of any material necessitating the use of tradesperson’s tools or machines including all work performed by stonemasonry classifications and the prefabrication of a building in an open yard; and
(b) Labourers engaged as builders’ labourers about any building or assisting any bricklayer, xxxxx, plasterer, carpenter, plumber or any tradesperson engaged on building operations or employed on any making or contracting job in wood, stone, brick, concrete, iron or steel or combination of those or other materials incidental to building construction, repair, demolition or removal of buildings or as a scaffolder, rigger, gear hand, gantry hand or crane hand, dogger, powder monkey, pile diver, xxxx xxxxxxxxx, winch or hoist driver, tackle hand, mixer driver, operator of motorised dump xxxxxxx, monorail skips, vibrators for packing concrete, concrete screeders on any building site and any labourer assisting a tradesperson on building sites in placing pre- stressed or pre-cast concrete components, or in placing curtain xxxxxxx or in work in connection with the lift slab method of erection, and any labourer on building sites dismantling steel formwork or supports thereto, any labourer excavating ground for foundations and basements of buildings or levelling ground on the site of and within the alignment of the actual building to be erected or doing concrete work, or mortar or concrete mixing in connection with or incidental to the foregoing operations and including all builders’ labourers employed as such in connection with all work of the building industry; and

Scope and Application. 1.1 The parties to this Agreement will apply the conditions contained in this Appendix on sites where the Victorian Building Industry Agreement (VBIA) or its successor applies or should apply.
1.2 This Appendix will apply throughout the State of Victoria to all on-site work on building and construction projects (as defined) covered by the National Building and Construction Industry Award 1990.
1.3 Engineering Construction Projects and the Cottage / Housing Industry shall be excluded.
1.4 Where Sub-Contractors are to be engaged by a party to this Agreement, it will be the responsibility of that party to ensure that the Sub-Contractors take all reasonable steps to abide by this Agreement and have a current Enterprise Agreement with the Union in place.
Scope and Application. This clause applies to all workers performing work which is within the parameters of the Union’s Rules (Appendix D) and which is ‘construction work’ as defined in the National Building and Construction Industry Award 2000 (AW790741CRV) on 1 December 2005. An employee undertaking work within the housing, merchandising and non-commercial sectors of the industry are excluded from receiving the conditions contained within this clause.
Scope and Application. The purpose of this document is to describe our professional relationship and the services we will provide to you (except for services, if any, which we are providing under the terms of a separate written agreement executed by you and us). Your direction to bind coverage and/or your payment related to your insurance placement will be deemed your signed, written agreement to be bound by the provisions of this document.
